Abstract
The clinical practicum is the capstone experience for the MLT students. It is the
component of education where the student combines didactic/book learning with
the important technical skills required in order to become a quality graduate and
employee. The goal of the clinical practicum is to assist the MLT student in gaining
the needed skills and competencies that are expected of an entry-level MLT
