Abstract

The Integrated Manufacturing Systems Troubleshooting, Level I, course is an introduction to Integrated Manufacturing Systems and to related technology. It introduces students to a troubleshooting methodology that can be used on any sequencing machine, and could be used by a maintenance worker to solve 80% of the problems faced on plant floors that use sequencing machines. This methodology relates to the automotive industry and similar industries. The IMST Level I materials were developed by specialized subject matter expert, Glenn Wisniewski, who understands the full impact and methodology of working with and teaching integrated manufacturing systems courses.
