Abstract

This eight week program is a combination of theory and hands on skills. The Program is woven into a modular framework through Learning Activity Packages (LAPs). LAPs are integrated study units that support just-in-time study skills through presentation of theory and immediately reinforced with hands-on application. Repetitive, active problem solving and self-reviews, all provide feedback to students to build confidence in the skill they develop. In addition, class lecture will introduce new concepts and prepare students for successful completion of LAPs.
