Abstract
The National STEM Consortium created formal policies to address a range of grant management topics, including fiscal, data collection and reporting, curriculum development, participant eligibility and documentation, and other specific topics, in order to provide consortium partner colleges with clear directions for completing activities. This also enabled grant management to share forms and templates, and served as a reference for partner questions. During the course of the grant period, 32 policies were created.
