Abstract
The WEST Program is an integrated energy program that focuses on eight disciplines at Casper College: Diesel Power Technology, Electronics Technology, Extractive Resources Technology, Geographical Information Systems (GIS), Geology, Process Technology, Renewable Energy Technology (Wind), and Welding Technology.
Any student enrolled in one of these eight programs will have the opportunity to receive grant-funded training. The intake process identified which students would be grant participants and which would be control students.
