This course examines the movement of information and products through the supply chain and provides a foundational knowledge for front line workers in warehouse operations and their role in the process. Topics covered include product shipping and receiving, product storage, inventory management, documentation, transportation, material handling equipment, order processing and the role of the ERP and WMS systems in warehouse operations.
