This rubric follows the recommendations in the resource from Tina Stavredes. Stavredes, T. (2011). Effective Online Teaching. Hoboken, NJ: Jossey-Bass. It aligns with the Quality Matters rubric for structuring a course before release, 5th ed., for higher education.
