Meridian and Tyson both wrote letters of support for our grant, and they have followed through with that promise. Both companies have sent representatives on several occasions to meet with our students in Storm Lake. Meridian opens its doors for tours and weld tests for our students, and both companies have interviewed and hired many students from our programs. ICCC and Tyson have plans to collaborate on a training program beginning summer 2016.
