Abstract
Pace.2.Employment is a 60 hr workshop that helps unemployed or underemployed participants become workplace ready so that they can secure and better retain employment. The workshops focus on developing a realistic career/job search plan, how to locate real job openings and submit online applications, create effective resumes and cover letters and improve interviewing skills.
