Abstract
This NANSLO lab activity is self-contained and can be used as a histology lab activity in biology, anatomy and physiology, and pathophysiology courses. In this activity, prepared slides of neuronal tissue are examined. The lab activity includes background information on histology itself and what neuronal tissues do, their composition, and types of neuronal tissue, a lab exercises, and summary questions.
