Abstract
"This learning object covers the Properties of Life and explains the seven properties of life: 1) order, 2) reproduction, 3) regulation, 4) energy processing, 5) growth and development, 6) response to the environment, 7) evolutionary adaption. Also included in this object are the hierarchical levels of the organization of life, cells, and the two basic types of cells: prokaryotes, and eukaryotes. Resources included are videos, animations, interactive activities, and self-assessments. When you have completed your review of the module, try the self-assessments to check your knowledge. This learning object is part 2 of 24 parts that comprise the General Biology 1 course.
