Abstract

Green Belt Certification: Participants of this course will receive training in problem-solving methods used to improve organizational performance. It will teach intermediate-level concepts of Lean Six Sigma, with a focus on productivity and quality improvement methods, concepts, and tools. Participants will also be involved in a case study at a local company and present the results of that study to members of the company’s senior management team. Note: Yellow is referenced as part of Green in this submission. Black Belt Certification: This course will provide learners with advanced-level training in Lean Six Sigma methods, concepts, and tools. Participants will acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to lead large-scale Lean Six Sigma projects at their organizations. Prior Green Belt certification is required to take this course.
