Abstract
Wisconsin manufacturers are seeking skilled workers for advanced manufacturing positions. The Manufacturing Systems Maintenance Technician (MSMT) program streamlines various pathways so you can build on the skills you learn to get the career you want. In the MSMT-Basic Welding technical diploma pathway, you would begin the first term with Basic Welding coursework. You then have the option to continue in the MSMT program, or enter the Welding program, or use your Basic Welding diploma to find employment.
