Abstract

Healthcare Academies provide basic information to potential students to identify personal and professional skills required for success in the healthcare field. Healthcare Academies will provide an overview of healthcare professions, explore the safety, legal, and ethical issues that regulate the health industry and emphasize professional communication skills to include: searching for employment positions, applications for employment, interviewing, working with different constituencies and teamwork.
