Abstract
This course introduces students to cultural landscape lake and basin ecology. Specific aquatic indices such as impacts from organic wastes, industrial chemicals, and point/non-point source pollutants are covered. The student will be able to identify a healthy cultural landscape lake or basin. This coursework involves extensive student participation, along with supplemental reading materials and lab presentations. 12 (Contact-hours: 2 lecture hours and 2 laboratory hours)
