Abstract

"Develop the skills needed to obtain entry-level IT positions in computer and network support, including install, configure, upgrade, support, troubleshoot and repair computers, wired and wireless networks." This is the fourth of five sections of the T&I certificate. Once you complete all of the modules in this section, speak with your Academic Coach to move to section five. This certificate maps to the CompTIA A+ and Network+ industry certification exams, which you will take as a part of this certificate. The knowledge you gain from this certificate and the certifications you receive from the exams will allow you to start and advance in the field of IT.
