Abstract
This product describes the career counseling material utilized by the Career Coach in the Gulf States Career Pathway Program at NEMCC. The Career Coach develops an individualized plan for workforce training for each participant after analyzing all participant assessments. Each participant will meet with the Career Coach the Monday following orientation for an individualized success plan for employability.
