Abstract
This course is an introductory course for microcomputer operating systems covering development, concepts, components and usage. We will learn about several operating systems that are currently available on the market. This course will combine various learning methods to accomplish the goals of this course. The student will have various assignments in the following areas: reading, chapter reviews, Internet research, discussion questions, hands-on labs and case studies.
