Abstract
The Machinist Level II Skills Certificate is designed for the student who wants to improve current skills or advance in his/her career. Upon completion of the certificate, students will gain knowledge and exposure to advanced styles of machining, including manual and CNC machining. The certificate also allows students to gain certifications from NIMS (National Institute for Metal Working Skills). This 13-credit hour program can be completed in one semester and provides further knowledge and increases productivity in the workplace. This certificate can be earned on its own or stacked with the Machinist Level I Skills Certificate.
