Abstract
TRAC-7 signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Heartland Works, Inc., a local KANSASWORKS workforce center, to collaborate on JobFit assessments and provide feedback to participants. A JobFit™ Survey took place taking approximately 45-60 minutes to complete an analysis that scored participants on the following dimensions: Thinking Style Scales, Behavioral Traits Scales and Interests. The participants then received a ProfileXT Performance Model Analysis profile that included their scores and profiles matched with employers.
