Abstract
The ongoing INTERFACE Project uses funds from the third round of the Trade Adjustment
Assistance Community College and Career Training (TAACCCT) grant program to develop,
improve, and expand educational training within the Wisconsin Technical College System
(WTCS). An evaluation team from the Applied Research Center (ARC) at the University of
Wisconsin-Stout was tasked with collecting and analyzing data to evaluate the effectiveness of the INTERFACE Project, regarding student outcomes relating to graduation and employment. This paper describes the statistical model that will be used during this evaluation, with an emphasis on theoretical details of general interest to evaluators.
