Abstract

This NAICS Health Care and Social Assistance industry-specific workforce program prepares individuals for positions as nurses in multiple health-care settings. The training satisfies the requirement of the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services for licensed healthcare providers. This training program is held over a four semester period, after prerequisites are fulfilled and combines 77 credit hours of face-to-face delivery method intensive classroom instruction with clinical practice. The clinical instruction is conducted with an industry partner and held at one of their hospital or clinic facilities.
