Abstract
�� 24 students signed-up & 5 employers (for the 1st time ever, we did not have attrition!)
�� Students received constructive feedback from 5 different employers
�� Each ���coach� selected 4-5 students to be part of their team and discussed in more detail how to improve their pitch
�� One student from each team was selected as the top performer a navigator selected the order of the top winner!
�� After the event, there was time to network with employers
�� One student was invited for an interview and later offered a position with an employer (Symetra)
