Abstract

IT:101 Cisco Networking Academy I: Introduction to Networks instructional resources; required course in the IT Help Desk/End User Support Certificate of Specialization program of study. This course focuses on learning the fundamentals of networking. Practical and conceptual skills that build the foundation for understanding basic networking will be covered. This is the first of four (4) courses as preparation for the Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification as well as the first of two (2) courses as preparation for the Cisco Certified Entry Networking Technician (CCENT).
