Abstract

This project includes a complete course design for teaching the course with related learning materials. It also includes a sample schedule for delivering the course. ***************** In this lab course students develop job seeking skills and prepare for their entry into the IT professional career field. Students will also apply their knowledge and skills of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, ASP.NET, and/or SharePoint Programming to develop a portfolio piece which will be used in the career seeking process. This class will provide students with additional lab time to be mentored by instructors and work with their peers on hands-on projects which are designed to further develop their technical competencies in these areas. This course requires an instructor approval to register.
