Abstract
The following are two documents outlining a network session for students that involves a local (national) employer. The session highlights the collaborative and mutually beneficial interaction between the employer, the college, and the students.
The session was targeted toward phlebotomy students, however the model can be customized and modified to work with any employer, college and student group.
