Abstract
The Wyoming Energy Sector Technology (WEST) Program was developed to enhance learning approaches to increase the number of students served, increase student retention, and accelerate student completion. This will enable students to acquire the skills, degrees, and credentials needed for high-wage, high-demand employment and will meet the need of employers for highly skilled workers. Community partners as well as published works listing the skills all employees need to be competitive and effective in the workplace were consulted to provide a list of basic outcomes.
