CPCC created an Industrial Advisory Committee to connect the employers and industry associations to the process of competency review and validation and credential alignment. The committee also offered input on program restructuring and technologies to incorporate into digital content. Included employers were Blum, Daetwyler, Groninger, Pfaff and Siemens.

Abstract
This course introduces the principles of industrial safety. Emphasis is placed on industrial safety and OSHA regulations. Upon completion, students should be able to demonstrate knowledge of a safe working environment and OSHA compliance.
