Abstract
This program plan is used as an overview of the traditional 16 week semester. The roles of multiple agents are incorporated including: various college departments and staff, ACE Program Managers, Navigators, Success Coaches, and employees of partner programs. The plan identifies the type of activity; topic addressed; parties involved; materials necessary and desired outcomes on a week-by-week basis.
