Abstract
The first impression prospective students received from the NRC is a phone call in response to their interest in the programs being offer. The Call- log form was used for this purpose to record the Intake specialist attempts to set an appointment or contact the prospective student. Intake interview questions were utilized to determined candidates eligibility for the program of interest. A student checklist was a way to organized and made sure all documents required were provided by student and added to their file documentation during the intake process.
