Abstract

This course teaches electrocardiography, which includes understanding cardiac anatomy and physiology, the components of the cardiac cycle, and basic heart rhythms. The student learns how to perform a 12-lead ECG while working in a simulated laboratory setting. The student will understand exercise electrocardiography and ambulatory monitoring.
