Abstract
This document presents eight focus areas that represent each institutions approach to assessment and career guidance, and a student’s experience in each individual NRC program. The following information was gathered from the experiences of the colleges in the consortium. It is meant to reflect not only the process for assessing and guiding students, but also the people and situations at each institution that help students achieve their goals. Also, presented are promising practices from each institution.
