Abstract
This Manual contains the policy and procedure adopted by the MS Corridor Consortium (MCC) for the collection of information relative to the US Department of Labor funded Trade Adjustment Act Community College and Career Training (TAACCCT) grant. The MCC was granted funds to develop the Career Accelerated Pathway in Advanced Manufacturing (CAP) and measure the progress and outcomes of the project. Because of the grant emphasis on evaluation, the CAP policy and procedures are integrated with evaluation methodology. The Manual will be in effect for the duration of the grant.
