Abstract
This Recruitment Strategy Marketing Toolkit
provides community college faculty within advanced
manufacturing job training programs with proactive
marketing strategies to recruit individuals into advanced
manufacturing workspaces. At its core, this toolkit is
designed to empower faculty and staff to invest in
marketing strategies that will increase awareness and
student enrollment in technical pathways, skilled crafts,
trades, advanced manufacturing in technology, and STEM
sector training programs while preparing a more viable
and sustainable workforce.
