Abstract
The WELD 1030 Arc Welding Fundamentals Course Outline is a core course in the Industrial Welding Program which is intended to be taken in the first year of a student’s studies. It is to be taken as a prerequisite or co-requisite to Basic Technical Welding Class(es). The Course Outline identifies the: Course Description, Rationale for the Course, Outcome, Outline, Instructional Procedures, Grading Procedures, Course Evaluation Procedures and Learning Outcomes. This is a 3 credit hour course to be completed in 8 weeks.
