Abstract
The training program consist of the Dialysis Technician Curriculum Week 1-12, Skills Demonstration Practice Checklist, hands-on simulation lab, and clinical observation at a dialysis clinic. The curriculum was designed for two, 3-hour class/lecture days per week and one 6-hour clinical observation day beginning week 4 of the program.
