Abstract
“Begin Your Journey to Success” is designed for the LVN student taking the LVN-RN Transition Course. It is a collection of resources developed from the California Health Workforce Initiative for the Chancellor’s Office of California Community Colleges. It also includes contents written by Faculty for the Central Valley Community Colleges Committed to Change (C6) consortium. The faculty members utilized open educational resources with the help of Anna Daniels from Creative Commons; and Mayra Lombera and Jeff Cohen from 20 Million Minds Foundation.
