Abstract
This agriculture course studies the physical and chemical properties of soil as they apply to agriculture production, land evaluation and land use planning. As well as, the practical application to farming in relation to the characteristics of the soil, conservation of soil, water and conservation tillage. It lists the topics, objectives, readings/resources, activities, assignments, assessments, discussions and quizzes. Chapter 1- Properties of Soils, Chapter 2- Soils Investigation, Chapter 3- Soil Compaction, Chapter 4- Aggregates, Chapter 5- Pavement Structure and Base, Chapter 6- Asphalt Pavements and Materials, Chapter 7- Portland Cement Concrete.
