Abstract
The WISE Career Navigator Guidebook is designed to assist program career navigators in preparing a student to identify and find employment in targeted industry sectors.
The guidebook was developed from the combined practices of eight grant funded career navigators. It includes methods and techniques for career navigation along with templates, tools and models for assisting students in a job search and hiring process.
