Abstract
This course covers networking systems in use in today’s robotics and automation systems. Students will learn overall network structure; concepts in signal generation, transmission, and reception; the Open Systems Interconnection (OSI) model; legacy and modern networking standards and systems; and testing and troubleshooting industrial automation network issues.
