Abstract
It is intended that this invite will lead to a formal Sector Talent Council that will meet periodically. The Council will help to direct training outcomes, define the length of training, establish certifications, and coordinate candidate referrals to company recruitment. The Council will also work to attract youth, veterans, career changers, and other populations into the field.
