Abstract

A course in 2D/3D model construction using AutoCAD software. Topics include creating wireframe working drawing/models (details & assemblies) in model space with paper space layouts for plotting, using tiled & non-tiled viewports. Operational aspects of the software will be addressed for processing engineering drawings efficiently. Emphasis will be on the creation of drawings to be transferred into CAM software for manufacturing purposes. Prerequisite: ADMT115M.
