The National Network of Sector Partners (NNSP), an initiative of the Insight Center of Community Economic Development, provided the Mississippi River Transportation, Distribution, and Logistics (MRTDL) Consortium and its member colleges training and technical assistance related to sector strategies, including ongoing guidance on developing and implementing sector strategy action plans. NNSP also provided ongoing customized consultation to each of the Consortium’s nine member colleges.
