Abstract

In C++ Software Development I you will learn how to write computer programs using C++, which is a very popular, general purpose programming language. C++ is an object-oriented language that is useful in many different contexts. By developing your programming skills with C++, you will be in a good position to grow your skills and learn other programming languages as well. This course assumes that you have already taken CIS 1111 at Sinclair, which introduced both the basics of computer programming and of C++. This course assumes you already have a basic working knowledge of C++. The syllabus is included in the course and contains the course objectives, student learning outcomes, list of assignments and names of the course textbooks.
