Abstract
IT:102 Desktop Client Support instructional resources; required course in the IT Help Desk/End User Support Certificate of Specialization program of study. This course prepares students to take the Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist exam for
Windows Configuration, 70-680. Students will learn to implement, administer, and troubleshoot the Microsoft Windows client operating system. Topics include installation, upgrades, restoration, user profiles and accounts, and the TCP/IP protocol. Basic computer literacy is expected.
