The Connecticut Health & Life Sciences TAACCCT consortium engaged statewide and local employers to help shape and implement this grant. This included a review of proposed curricula and recommendations for program structure that reflects the health care and Science sectors in the State of Connecticut. The consortium also engaged advisory boards at each member college to solicit input and recommendations for this initiative.

Abstract
This product documents the outcomes of the collaborative efforts between the Jackson Laboratory for Genomic Medicine and the Connecticut State Colleges and University system to prepare students with the knowledge and skills to be competitive in the state's biosciences sector. It includes an executive summary, a status report on all 13 deliverables, a final budget and discussion of future direction of this initiative.
