Abstract
We adapted a checklist created by the Trac-7 consortium to fit our needs. We used it on two site visits to all seven colleges, during our TAACCCT grant. The items are coded to match the Core Monitoring Guide, though we added a couple of other items, as well. The completed checklist was incorporated into a pre-monitoring visit report, sent to each college. Included also were action plans for non-compliance issues, and suggestions/recommendations for effectiveness and best practices.
