Abstract
The purpose of this product is to disseminate the WISE Career Navigator Guidebook as a tool for other workforce educators to implement at their colleges or in their programs. The product package includes a presentation for the National Council for Workforce Education on navigation best practices which describes the role of the navigator; history and highlights of the guidebook; and an overview of the data collected during the project on the effectiveness of program navigation.
