Abstract

The Jumpstart to Successful Instruction for Higher Education Section 102 provides professional development rich in resources to help the industry expert and academic adjuncts develop a successful learning environment. The materials are practical and presented in a manner that allow instructional newcomers to immediately incorporate proven adult learning concepts into their courses. Section 101 offers pragmatic tools designed to help instructors and teaching assistants prepare for the first week of school.
