Abstract
Prepares the learner to facilitate safe and effective care for the older adult throughout a multitude of disciplines. The learner will explore the history of geriatric care, promotion of health aging, learn how to access supportive tools for the safe and effective coordination of healthcare services, while focusing on best practices regarding current trends in our aging population.
